doing some studies inspired by some museums i just visited as well as what i've been reading up on as of late >:)...

first one is inspired by Daphnis et Chloé, such a serene setting that i'd love to try and replicate. i was gonna do a scene with Sappho playing her lyre but. things evolved. she's playing a different instrument and still making music u feel me

second one is zelda as the lady in Roger Freeing Angelica. gonna attempt a quick study with her that focuses on the painting style! i thought angelica's craned neck was mesmerizing, slender yet strong and thick. fuck roger tho im not drawing his ass

third is a clump, from left to right: Sappho playing her lyre more closely to the painting it was inspired from. a quick sketch of The Three Graces sculpture that i was gonna do a Sappho thing with, esp since its believed she taught women in some aspect (or, better, had a hot sweaty lesbian cult where they worshipped goddesses). but i couldn't think of a composition that would work (might revisit tho! something is there). then on the right is La Siesta. fun fact: Gogh's The Siesta is another banger work of art. anyways the sculpture is erotic as shit. i'd like to do more studies on it because hoo chee mama

heavily recommend y'all give a look-see at those works if they are unfamiliar, they're gorgeous!!!

then lastly some franziska von karma :3 about to whip your ass

i'll be back from my trip in a few days so here's a lil sum sum to tide y'all over. doing studies like this isn't my usual thing, but, because it cannot be helped, there are still lesbians so i hope y'all like it much the same

enjoy :) !!!!

Deso's Prophet

She ain't playing the lyre, but there's still a lot of impressive finger work.

scubaby

she invented the plectrum to keep her fingers soft and nails short and i cannot be convinced otherwise
