Black Bat (Patreon)

Hi all!

As promised, here's some fan art from your comment suggestions on that Hellboy I posted earlier this week: Cassandra Cain aka Black Bat.

Of all the Batgirls out there, I'm probably the least familiar with Cassandra Cain so I had a bit of a tough time deciding what to do with her and what costume to give her. She's had a lot of great looks! In the end, I grabbed various elements from a few pieces I found google image searching and added a couple of my own flourishes (like the boots and thigh belt).

In my imaginary head-space, I picture her an even more serious and determined Batgirl than Babs with a soft-spot for cute things (hence probably the most adorable belt buckle I've ever drawn on a character). Apologies if I'm way off!

Also, a lot of you in the Treasure Space Cat tier have been incredibly patient (or generous, or both) with the lack of postings for my next graphic novel. Regardless of any announcements, I decided I'm going to to start posting some stuff for you soon! I want to thank you for supporting me on here plus I really can't see what the harm is in sharing a few things from it. :)

I'm also thinking that Treasured tier is where I'm going to try posting some tutorials (although I'm not sure of what just yet--as some of you might've seen from my time-lapses, half the time I'm just winging it and hope I get lucky). If you have any suggestions on stuff you'd like to know, feel free to mention below.
