Wow! I searched this and found an educational article from "bein' a bearan.org". This article said the same thing basically the word church is not a transliteration or a translation of the word ekklesia which means congregation or gathering.. It said other things that blew my mind like the king James bible changed Jesus's brothers name to James instead of using Jacob or Iakobos and like theres 26 of stone circles for pagan worship in Yorkshore, England (which is where the guy who translated the first English bible is from).
