Pastor, My mother had a stroke years ago. Yah, blessed me to care for her, feeding, bathing, changing , etc. He also allowed that period to be the most fulfilling time we had together. Sometimes she knew what was happening and others she didn't. She apologized for me having to wipe and change her and I was blessed to give love like she gave me when I was a baby. Another day she thought she was a teenager and that I was her brother. I got a first hand story of the day she met my Dad in an ice cream parlor. My tears flowed. All is in His plan Pastor. Keep her near to what is familiar. It used to be our way. Let it be so for the Straitway family. Hallelujah.
