IDEA REVEAL - Patreon-Funded Art [March] (Patreon)

Hey everyone !
Thank you for being so many to submit your ideas for my first "Patreon-Funded art of the month" :D

I've read all of them and got very inspired by your ideas !
And I decided to try to keep as many of them that I could >:3
Of course, don't be sad if your favourite idea wasn't kept for March, you can always send it to me again next month and maybe we'll have it featured on my next Patreon-Funded art ;D

Now it's for you to choose what to do with this post, you can either scroll down and sort of spoil yourself what will be in it, or, you can save it for later and let me surprise you !
I will first reveal the ideas I kept from your comments, and then I will reveal the entire premise :3

This Drawing will involve 3 characters:
Loona as a female and Octavia as an intersex dickgirl (helluva boss) as well as Andrew the Husky as (an escuse for) a male (https://www.patreon.com/posts/andrew-husky-77783638)

Loona is dominating Octavia and Andrew at the same time, but she has her preferences, Octavia having the larger member by a long shot got to fill up her mistress.
The drawing takes place right after octavia finished her little business, she is exhausted and enjoy some nice aftercare with loona, both are on a bed, enjoying themselves.
Andrew was made to watch them have all the fun while his ridiculously small attributes were caged the whole time, his peehole sounded as deep as it gets and his tailhole plugged too, all of this, of course being covered by a short girly skirt and a cute oversized top.
He is extremely needy by now, but Loona has just what he needs, a nice and potent meal directly sipped at the source, her gaping hole leaks of Octavia's thick and plentiful essence begging to be tasted.
Andrew is finally allowed to step in, reaching his mistress on all fours, he is happy to clean her of all the mess octavia left inside her, and you can bet that when he is finally done, he will also clean octavia's member, and be denied of anything else.
Indeed, Andrew was made inferior by his size, and his little shrimp wont be of any use to loona for as long as a bigger, better man is under the same roof as them.
Even if this man happens to be a girl ;p
