Happy new year! I hope that this week back to work is gentle, and that all your resolutions are staying resolute!

This week we launched our monthlong mindfulness & habit building challenge, and several of us have been journaling and sitting ever since, which has been really helpful for me to create a bit more mental space. Navigating consent in BDSM dynamics is a nuanced conversation, and cannabis use adds an additional layer of complexity. If you consume cannabis, but also want to keep super clear about its role in your kink life, Blunt Talk with Lilith Foxx (6pm Pacific, online) is the class for you. Participants will learn strategies for discussing preferences and consent beforehand, mitigating risks, recognizing how cannabis might affect consent communication, and staying aware of nonverbal cues and intoxication levels.
