I want very much to be here as an educational and community resource. We get so much positive feedback from the community members that work with us about the very strong impact we have on people's lives.

I plan this week to significantly reduce costs in the parts of the business that are "nice to haves", and hopefully restructure the worst (non-community) debt. We are narrowing our focus to the classes and courses that really work.

These things take time, and difficult decisions. They also take us not bouncing the rent check tomorrow. ;)

Some of you are tired of this. I get it. But many of you want and need us here, and because of that I have to reach out. It would be irresponsible of me to let us fail because I'm too embarrassed to ask. Not when our community is losing so many things we value.
