Negotiation 101: BDSM Negotiation Basics (Patreon)

We said they were coming and here's the first of many new classes! This is a live taping of one of Mir's "Kink 101" series, specifically BDSM Negotiation Basics. Full description a little further below, but first a few words about Patreon and our plans for classes.

This is one in many planned classes that we'll be bringing through Patreon and YouTube. Every Patron Furiosa ($10), and above, will be getting these videos a solid month ahead of everyone else. That's right. All our intro classes go through YOU all first.

At a full 2 hours, this class is one in our lecture style series. We're aware that a long for video class won't be right for everyone, so we're planning on shorter form, condensed classes with similar topics. So those of you with shorter attention spans, or more use to the current YouTube video format, rest assured; we've got you in mind too!

Finally I want to mention that our advanced classes will be created and coming out after we have more introductory classes. The advanced classes will always be PATREON EXCLUSIVE! Many of our lovely patrons are long time kinksters and we want to make sure we're brining you content that might be new to even the more experienced kinksters.

Negotiating is a critical skill for building BDSM scenes, dynamics and relationships that work. But negotiating doesn't necessarily come naturally
-- especially for those of us who are just entering the kink scene.  Join us for a Kink 101 session on how to negotiate for exactly what you want in BDSM scene and relationships. We'll talk about:  

- Negotiation styles
- Pre-scene negotiations
- How to negotiate without killing the mood
- Checking in during and after the scene
- Negotiating and check-ins for ongoing BDSM dynamics  

Drawing on tools from non-violent communication, neuro-linguistic programming, and even a bit of marketing and PR, we'll learn how to negotiate as partners toward a BDSM style that is hotter, more fun, and more powerful for all partners in a dynamic.  This series welcomes all genders, orientations, and dynamic styles. This workshop is designed for newcomers to BDSM, but is open to anyone who wants new tools to improve their BDSM communications.  

PRESENTER:   Miriam Green has been in the public kink scene for over one dozen years in the Austin, Houston and San Francisco scenes. They teach a series of KINK 101 classes on the SF kink community, BDSM negotiations and dating while kinky. They also are the owner of Wicked Grounds, San Francisco's first and only kink cafe & boutique.
