This month is going to be a busy one, and we're so happy that y'all are here to support us for the ride!

New merch for Pride:
We are happy to announce that polyamory and nonbinary pride flags are now available and will be on sale both in-store and online as supplies last! We just received our initial order of Pride flags this week and will be ordering more as demand merits in the coming weeks.

In addition to these new flags, we have tons of other Pride flags to choose from; classic rainbow, “coexist” rainbow, American flag with rainbow stripes, lesbian venus symbol rainbow, gay mars symbol rainbow, bear pride, trans pride, trans pride with the trans symbol, asexual pride, genderqueer pride, pansexual pride, bi pride, and, as always, leather pride! We also have select plastic pride flag keychains, and a few handmade leather fob pride flag keychains from CFS, one of our local leather artists.

Missing your favorite pride flag? Unfortunately, our stock is limited by what the flag makers are producing. They’ve been adding more and more flags each year though, and as more people talk about diverse sexualities and identities online and in academia, the more options we will have! Pride for EVERYONE!

Big events for Pride Weekend:

Friday night- Transfabulous (with event listings on both Facebook & fetlife)
We are proud to be hosting the sober afterparty for the annual Trans March (they have a Facebook event too!), a Pride weekend event for trans and gender-nonconforming people, and our allies. Transfabulous is a milkshake after milkshake, line out the door type of event. We encourage folks who are willing and able to march to join us afterwards!

Saturday day- vending at the Pride Fairgrounds
We are happy to be vending at Pride as we’ve done for the past few years! Bay Area folks and those visiting, keep an eye on our social media for our announcement of our exact vendor location on the Pride fairgrounds for Saturday. Come check us, and other queer, sometimes kinky, businesses out before heading by the cafe just a few blocks away from the fairgrounds for a satisfying sandwich, refreshing lemonade, delicious cookie, or all of the above!

Sunday day- vending at Pride Fairgrounds by Leather Alley
On Pride Sunday, we will be vending at the base of Leather Alley, an 18+ introduction to the world of all things kink located at Hyde & McAllister in the Pride fairgrounds. Pride, and Leather Alley, is a great introduction to the local scene for newbies and seasoned kinksters alike, and a useful way to discover LGBT+/queer kink-specific groups. (The Pride fairgrounds as a whole are your ticket to less kink-focused LGBT+/queer resources.)

I know we have patrons who are running events, parties, etc., so please plug and link things in the comments! Even if you’re not hosting, we’d love to know what you’ll be up to Pride weekend. :)

In addition to all the wonderful pride-centric new merch, we are also now carrying the Butch Lesbian Coloring Books, an engaging way to educate yourself, family, and friends about queer history. We had to postpone the planned coloring event, but are hoping to have it sometime this month!

HAPPY PRIDE!
