Hey!

This was a busy month. I was worried I might not have enough time to finish the animations after spending too much time on coding and testing again, but I managed somehow.(The secret ingredient is love, and a shitload of coffee!)

I feel like this is the biggest patch yet, unless my memory tricks me. But enough of me talking nonsense, let's see what 1.9 has to offer.

New Features:

Improved overal loading speed by optimising statues, characters and voice pack loading logic.

Colorful Statues

A few months ago, colorful statues have been added for new releases, so it started to look weird among all of the traditional, marble like statues. Took me a few days to convert all statues to color, since I could not not copy and paste the material the larger character file uses. Instead, I wrote a handy script that rescales the textures and also created a material for said statue. Technical stuff.
Anyway, I feel like the gallery looks much nicer.

Sex Toy Support

The first version of Sex Toy Support through Buttplug.io is available. There might be some syncing issues during animation(especially with linear motion toys), but I have some ideas how to optimise it in the future.

Reworked Voice Pack Loading with Tone Selection

One of the system that haven't been touched since release was the voice pack loading system. Previously, all voice packs were loaded at start, and stored in the memory. With the new system, only the currently active voice pack is stored. To achieve this, I had rethink the whole approach of loading, so the Content/SoundProfiles now contains folders with metadata,sample files and of course, the whole .dmv file with all the sounds.
I also had the opportunity now to introduce the Tone Selection system, in case a VA has multiple tones/versions available.
Sadly I was not able to make a new voicepack for release, but I will make up for it in the holiday update.

Reworked Custom Video and Music Loader

Custom Video and Music player has been extended with loop modes, the ability to load content from current scene's folder,and with lowpass filter the music player.

"Augmented Reality" support

The new greenscreen scene makes it possible to use your room as a game scene, more on that later.

New Positions:

Many old animations were tweaked a bit to match my new animation procedure(which involves the correct use of animation curves), plus updated the neck movement with the new smooth movement technique. Might not be too noticable, but makes the animations feel better overall.

Cinema

Your favorite movies now on big screen! You can make your own custom playlist by dropping movies in the Content/Scenes/cinema folder.

Greenscreen room(for Virtual Desktop Passthrough mode)

If you have a Quest device with Virtual Desktop, you can turn your room into a game scene, using your environment as background. This gimmick is explained better in this video,and also shows how to set up:

That's should be all, or at least 99% of it. I shall rest now,but not for long, after all...
