This glitch affects the holy priest class. It will allow you to do gamebreaking healing or even create competitive dps. This exploit is a little more challenging than most exploits here however so expect a little frustration when attempting to execute it.

The final row talent "Divine Image" in the priest tree

https://www.wowhead.com/spell=336400/divine-image

causes a N'aaru (for those less knowledgeable about wow lore this is the thing that looks like a chandelier) to appear and replicate your spells for 9 seconds when you cast a holy word.

If you cast another holy word at the exact moment the N'aaru expires then the N'aaru will exist indefinitely. *

The N'aaru will follow you around to some extent .

The only way it can de-spawn is:

a) if you a) cast two holy words in the same 9-second cycle which will cause it to vanish on expiry

b) If you move a long distance away from it out of combat

The gain from this is around 30-50% increase in healing and damage. While this is  undeniably a very advantageous glitch for all skill levels, trivializing most content, it is somewhat dependent on the priest's skill. Because the N'aaru vanishes when two holy words are used simultaneously the priest must think about how to mitigate the loss of performance of not doing that, or do it anyway and reliably glitch the N'aaru multiple times in  a combat situation (which takes some practice).

*This is a classic timing attack. A form of hack responsible for most glitches in Warcraft. In simple terms when you change something significant in a piece of code or set of logical instructions and go to another piece of code things often break, if you do so at the right moment.

If you cancelaura the "Divine Image" buff after the naaru is bugged you can cast holy words back to back and buff it further than it's supposed to be as well.
