A patreon who wishes to remain anonymous kindly sent me the following information:

"For this bug you are required to have a mage or a warlock and a cross-faction group. This bug requires some resources to use.

1.) Warlock or mage + opposite faction character enter torghast, it must be over layer 1.
2.) Warlock or mage must disconnect for exactly 6 minutes.
3.) Login on mage / warlock and you should be in the starting area of torghast, run around until you get teleported to layer 2.
3.) Summon the warlock felguard or mages water elemental.
4.) Disconnet on the warlock/mage for 60 seconds.
5.) Log back in and dismiss the mage's pet if you are on mage, you are free to leave torghast on mage any way you want ant the pet will remain buffed. If you are on warlock, get the cross faction member to leave torghast and leave the party outside, the warlock must remain inside otherwise it will lose the buff after exiting torghast.

The pets only remain buffed for around 10 seconds after leaving torghast.
With mage you can summon and dismiss the pet as many times as you want, with the scaling you can easily clear M+ and such using a weak auro and /petdismiss macro.
To use the bug to one shot raid bosses you need to utilise the isle of thunder. You do this by gathering these mobs: Zandalari Bloodguard - NPC - World of Warcraft
You should collect all of these mobs and pull them to a location out of the way of other mobs, you do this slowly, let them take aggro and don't move too fast or they reset.
You will need to have a character to gather the mobs, a warlock to put a summoning stone and another character to use to summon.
Inside the raid you must prepare a summoning stone and two people ready to summon the warlock
Once you have gathered the mobs (you can use trial characters for the ones who collect them and summon etc), you summon the warlock next to where the red circles spawned by the bloodguards are. When the warlock has accepted the summon to go to the isle of thunder from within torgast, the players with the summoning stone inside the raid must immediately summon the warlock, even 1 or 2 seconds before the warlock accepts the summon to the isle of thunder. The warlock must kill the mobs and stand in the red circles immediately after being summoned and then accept the summon within the raid. The warlock needs to quickly use Soul strike on the boss and it should die. If not you need more gear.

For some bosses mages and a warlock are required."

i guess it is the Mainstat Bonus from the Soul Remnants Blessing you receive which scales your water ele. so twisted corridors would provide the most power as you get massive ammounts of soul remnants there.

I didn't understand, it seems a bit confusing to me. I need a graphic explanation of this.
