Monk Double Talent Exploit (Patreon)

The level 60 monk talent(Windwalker and Brewmaster only) "Summon Black Ox Statue" is bugged. This talent creates a black ox statue for up to 15 minutes which issues threat pulses to all targets within 30 yards. Provoke can be cast on the statue as an effective taunt.

When changing talents in either a safe area or with someone using tome or codex of the tranquil mind, the statue persists through a talent change. This allows the player to take alternative level 60 talents "Ring Of Peace" or "Leg Sweep".  Since these are some of the strongest abilities available to the monk, this can be a significant advantage in pve scenarios including farming/soloing.
