Resto Druid Heal Cap Bug (Patreon)

The level 40 resto druid ability "Wild Growth" is currently hitting all targets within a 30 yd range rather than the 6 maximum suggested on the tooltip.

I do not play resto so my judgement on this is not perfect, however, experienced druids I have spoken to believe this is a  glitch and not simply a tooltip error describing it as overpowered in raiding.
