Gamebreaking Item - Break Out Of All Instances (Patreon)

The toy item Necronom-i-nom,  https://www.wowhead.com/item=182732/the-necronom-i-nom when activated has a number of effects, the first two are cosmetic effects, the third allows you to jump very high. This works in instances. At the apex of the jump you can use a goblin glider allowing access to normally forbidden areas in-world and in battlegrounds. In pve instances you will need some means of creating forward momentum. 

Gaining a lot of height is one of the simplest ways to break everything in warcraft. It enables you to skip through dungeons, out-range opponents in pvp and do a lot of advanced exploitation. Currently it can also be used with the momentum redirection item shown in  my most recent youtube video, most classes can develop simple one-shot macros with the high dps you can do.

If you don't have the item already then go back to the Maldraxxas "Sepulcher Of Knowledge" in the North of the zone and ascend the tower, in the final chamber the item can be looted from the bookcase. If it is not there then you either have it in your inventory (like me after searching for half an hour:)) or you deleted it and you will need to use item restoration.
