One-Shot Ashran Boss, Instakill (Monk) (Patreon)

A Patreon kindly sent me this message today:

"Did you know about the currently not scaled correctly Monk book for Ashran? wowhead.com/item=114844/scroll-of-touch-of-fatality . A monk using Touch of Death after using this book can one shot the opposing teams boss and win the game instantly."

The item in question seems to have been missed in the recent stat squish in the pre-patch. 

Getting the item is not that easy, as it is only a 5% or less drop chance from treasures and most mobs. The "Cursed Kaliri" in the north-east however, have a 36% chance to drop the item. 

If you do not loot them item it is sent to your mailbox and can be used in subsequent Ashran battlegrounds. This potentially allows you to farm multiple scrolls for future use when pvp action is taking place elsewhere. 

If you wish to fly under the radar the scroll also allows you to one-shot either team's mages (Jeron and Rylai respectively) giving your team a decisive advantage without drawing as much attention. It is unknown for these mini-bosses to be soloed.
