"Ohya" and "Poog" kindly sent me the following:

"Hey Arch, me and my friends have been playing around with Chromie time and party sync-ing.  We've been able to successfully spawn DM Kazzak with one of us in the Chromie time, inviting the others to a group and syncing (WM on only seemed to work).  The people have to specifically be invited by the lower level player and cannot be suggested, it will leave the low level player in limbo of being in game but bnet not recognizing you in the game, all the while not being able to break the sync to the other players or correctly phase them over to the Chromie phase.  To actually kill Kazzak, we found that as long as he got his dot's up (fury war using Crucible of Flame) my friend could leave party once he got them (dots) on and they would then tick without any syncing reduction.  I'm sure this is most likely nothing but maybe someone with a much bigger brain for this could take a look?  Thanks, love the videos have a great day! ""

I tested this strategy. To simplify the strategy here is what to do:

1. Have two or more players in timewalking mode, one should have damage over time (dot) abilities.

2. Find a world boss.

3. Have the dot class use dots on the boss. Then immediately have this player leave the group.

4. The dots should persist even after the player has left the group.

Why is this valuable? Because some world bosses have valuable drops, for example Garr the cataclysm boss, outside the Throne Of Flame, drops 500+ gold and some rare items that sell on the ah for an average of tens of thousands. He is camped constantly in normal time mode. However in timewalking mode only a 5-man team can kill him, so he is up on every (time-walking mode) realm I checked.

Using the above strategy you should have exclusive access to all the world bosses in the game and all the rare drops they have. If you plan to do this I would do so quickly: the beauty of this type of play is that if it is fixed it simply increases the value of your inventory.

EDIT Oct 29: While this exploit is viable and potentially very lucrative the feedback i have received is that this is extremely challenging to implement, requiring patience.
