Patreon Pedestre contacted me with the following information:
I am not sure if you know this one, it is a hard one but profitable.
Following your Malfurion exploit, i found a quest in the druid campaign that is exploitable with the raid convertion method.
(Archvaldor Note: this is the method where you join a party while on a quest and then convert it to a raid to stop any quest progression, which can have interesting results. The original "Malfurion" exploit can be found here https://www.patreon.com/posts/36385858 )
The quest is wowhead.com/quest=44877/attack-on-the-roost.
What got me wondering was seeing this:

The mobs if you are in a raid group continuously spawn and there are a good amount of them,
This is a part of the Legionfall campaign. I'm still testing what works or not, but it drops cloth, trash items, shoulder enchant stuff and dauntless gear.
Later Pedestre added
Update:
In 15min i got 1599g from trash, and 600 silk,
In fact non-druids on the questline are phased so its safer than Malfurion and less click intensive, multiboxing here is a literal goldmine.
Just to clarify this last point: the original Malfurion exploit still works very profitability to this day however doing it has made members uneasy due to its high public visibility. I agree with Pedestre's assessment that this exploit is a far safer option for players who have access to a druid or even an interest in leveling one, since no one can report you. EDIT: It seems other druids on this specific questline can see you. However, your exposure to other players is still significantly reduced since druids form only 10% of the wow population, and other players must be at this specific point in the questline to encounter you.
