WoW Retail, BC Gems Unaffected By Scaling Guide, Very Useful For Timewalking (Patreon)

Patreon Arektor sent me the following detailed guide on epic Burning Crusade gems that retain their full power in timewalking. This is a very useful guide I have used myself. Timewalking with these gems is a very fast way to level 110-120:

Hey! As I haven't seen any post about it, I figured I could tell you about some epic BC gems that seem unaffected by scaling. 

 Currently, gem scaling follows a specific pattern for levels 90 and below: a single stat will be +6, while 2 stats will be +3/+3. However, a few epic BC gems that drop from heroic dungeons will NOT be affected by scaling whatsoever, leading to +5 primary stat & +4 secondary stat increases (or +5 primary & +6 stamina for a few).

 Here I have an item ID list of gems unaffected by scaling:

Intelligence: 

- Stamina: 30555 (drop in The Black Morass), 30552 (Sethekk Halls), 30583 (Mana-Tombs) 

- Critical Strike: 30564 (The Mechanar) 

- Versatility: 30573 (The Botanica, +5/+5!), 30589 (Old Hillsbrad Foothills), 30600 (The Blood Furnace) 

 Agility: 

- Armor: 30591 (Old Hillsbrad Foothills) 

- Critical Strike: 30582 (The Arcatraz) 

- Dodge: 30585 (Mana-Tombs, actually +4 Agility +5 Dodge) 

 Strength:

- Armor: 30604 (The Slave Pens) 

- Dodge: 30587 (Auchenai Crypts) 

- Critical Strike: 30584 (Mana-Tombs), 30559 (Shadow Labyrinth) 

- Stamina: 30546 (The Shattered Halls) 

 You can check all these gems on wowhead, they will not have the slidebar to scale them down, unlike other gems. 

I might have missed a few, but that should cover most. 

Honorable mention to Steady Talasite (33782), which used to give 4 resilience and 6 stamina, but got changed recently to 4 armor 6 stamina (had a bunch of these during korrak's vengeance on eu/kirin-tor/Virel, was great :D)  These gems can be used during timewalking dungeons for extra stats.   Thanks for the great content, keep it up! :)
