Free trial characters are able to enter "Korrak's Revenge" from level 10. It is possible to run up theoretically infinite honor by creating any number of free trial characters with multiple free accounts. These characters must be leveled to 10. They can then be used for AFK honor farming as explained in recent posts.

Honor is shared among all sub-accounts and characters connected to your main account.

You can run multiple clients at once - the only limit is set by your own hardware. AFK farming yields 10 honor pet minute per character with each honor level requiring 8800 per level. That is approximately .1 levels per hour for every one and a half characters you create. Ten characters farming consistently would gain .667 honor levels per hour. 500 honor levels would take approximately 750 hours. This is not inclusive of set-up time or time queing for battlegrounds, nor is it inclusive of win bonuses.

Why would you do this? Aside from the obvious prestige and wow factor of gaining a character with that much honor, the price such accounts are sold for on the black market is huge. Caveat: I have no idea what the global demand is for such accounts but if you look at any of the relevant websites they all seem to be charging thousands of dollars for upwards of a level of 250 honor.

Running this patreon is a full-time job, so I am not going to do this personally, but this is precisely the type of income generating activity I would be interested in if I were not. You would probably want to investigate the feasibility and practicality of securing a buyer before attempting this though, it isn't an easy task to pull off.

An alternative strategy which could possibly in greater account longevity is to use multi-boxing software to run multiple free trial accounts and play Korrak's Revenge actively. Technically this does not violate the terms and conditions, though it is any one's guess how Blizzard would view this in practice.

EDIT: Jeppy has kindly pointed out there is a sub-account restriction of 8 so this can't be done infinitely as I originally thought, at least on the same account.
