Today Blizzard released their Arathi Basin: Comp Stomp, a new PVP Brawl. This is supposedly showcasing Blizzard's artificial intelligence programming capabilities, by pitting a team of players against a team of npc's controlled by AI.

Unfortunately for Blizzard the AI team is ridiculously easy to beat and every BG results in a swift and comprehensive for the human team.

This means you are getting full battleground rewards for trivial pve content. When playing Horde 5-caps early on are regular meaning the contest can last less than five minutes.

Battlegrounds won by a large margin award gold strongboxes. These award raw gold, gear, potions and marks of honor. Potions can be sold on the auction house individually often for hundreds of gold pieces, marks of honor can be exchanged for potions or spirits of harmony and these also sell well. You also gain 8 conquest for every match and a small amount of artifact power. You can also max out Defiler's, League Of Arathor rep fast.

This is an excellent opportunity to gear up a fresh max-level character fast  and/or grind honor.

You don't need to use special tactics to win, but I noticed that the comp team are more likely than human players to target minions (even temporary minions) and seem to have a leash when pursuing players.
