Timewalking-Azerite Trait Giving Infinite Mana To Arcane Mage (Patreon)

The following bug report has an interesting discussion of the broken interaction between Timewalking and an Azerite trait:

To summarize: the Azerite trait "Equipoise" is not scaling down properly and giving Arcane Mages limitless mana, allowing them to spam Arcane Blast and do very high damage.
