Rare Plans Worth 13K, Can Be Acquired In Minutes (Patreon)

The blacksmithing item Plans: Sulfuron Hammer can currently be acquired by any player, including non-blacksmiths, via the quest "A Binding Contract", obtainable from Lokhtos Darkbargainer in Blackrock Depths.

All that is needed to complete the quest is the item "Sulfuron Ingot". Sulfuron Ingots are obtained from  Golemagg The Incinerator in Molten Core (36% drop chance), but they can simply be bought off the AH for just over 400 Gold.

The plans sell for an average of almost 14000 gold across all realms, all you need to do other than acquire the ingot is fly to the quest giver.

The sell rate is quite low on these plans as might be expected for a vanilla item. The way to sell items like this is have an inventory of big ticket items on the AH at all times in the expectation that one or two may sell at any time.
