Daelin's Gate, in Tiragarde Sound, Vigil Hill has a large number of pirate mobs engaged in continuous combat. These mobs award experience, and have a loot table. 

Mostly these mobs draw small amounts of gold, tidespray linen (approx 10G each), Deep Sea Satin (100g each) junk items around 6-15 gold, and the occassional green item. These items alone make it a decent farm as levelling gear is selling very well at the moment. 

So far as I can tell, and information is surprisingly scarce on the subject, these mobs have the potential to drop virtually priceless 350 items which are selling for several million on the auction houses. The drop rate will be very low, obviously, this is a very RNG farm.

The mobs in this area scale, so before levelling up consider using your 110 characters, probably decked out in very good gear with legendaries, rather than levelling to 120 where it will be months before we begin to outgear current content significantly.
