Lightforged Dranei Ability One-Shotting Players At Low-Level (Patreon)

This bug report suggests the Lightforged Dranei ability "Light's Judgement" has not been scaled down correctly https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20766476592 in the 60-80 bracket. I have heard unconfirmed reports that there are problems at other brackets.

As I have explained in previous posts to do with speedy dungeon farming, players can kill themselves on demand with the use of pinchwhistle nitro fuel and the pet "Pierre" (who is somewhat expensive). A couple of dranei working together should be able to kill even the strongest flag carrier.
