Gamebreaking 400% Stat Buff For 30 Minutes (Low-Level, Alliance) (Patreon)

The quest "Uther's Blessing" requires you to use an item to pay tribute to Uther's Tomb, which gives you a critical strike buff. Previously this was a small buff to low-level players, but it does not appear to have been scaled down properly and now adds around 400% critical strike for 30 minutes.

"Uther's Blessing" is 8 quests into the Western Plaguelands quest chain. Go to Andohral, complete all quests there. You will then be sent to Chillwind Camp. Do the "kill bears" and "pick up feathers" quest and "Uther's Blessing" should open up. 

In addition to giving you a certain crit on each attack, some classes gain other benefits from crit. 

This buff from this quest has not been awarded to 110's for some time so I imagine that is still the case. The zone itself scales itself scales to 60-I am not sure if characters beyond that level can get the buff.

In addition to twinking this creates an amazing opportunity for speed levelling, soloing dungeons etc.

EDIT: Now fixed at 10% no longer zoning. 

EDIT EDIT: I still had the old buff on a toon after logging out-only it had gone up to 2400%. Might be worth preserving a buff like that if you have it.
