Macro-Fastest Possible Method Of Exiting A Dungeon (Previously Unpublished) (Patreon)

The following technique is the fastest possible of exiting a dungeon is neither costless nor trivial to execute, but if you run instances for gold farming or other purposes frequently, it will save you a lot of time overall. 

1) Buy the pet "Pierre" off the auction house. He seems to sell for an average of 25K, but prices vary considerably. 

2) Get some Pinchwhistle Nitro Fuel from your faction's inn in Stormshield, Draenor. 

3) Make the following macro

/summonpet Pierre

/use Pinchwhistle "Nitro Fuel"

/dismiss Pierre

A fiery debuff will appear on your country causing your health to go down. Wait till it has counted down before using the macro again.

4) Used repeatedly the macro kills the player, for this reason it is best to run legacy instances naked to avoid damage to gear.

5) You will rez at the start of the dungeon.

You need a macro because Pierre does not keep up with you when moving at full speed.  The combination of Pierre nd the nitro fuel does damage to you, but if Pierre is not in close proximity to your character it won't work, so you have to summon Pierre at the moment you drink the fuel. 

Why is this faster than, say, using a mop scenario? because that involves an extra loading screen. It is also faster than using a cooking fire with nitro fuel because this method and macro allow the player to kill themselves while moving and has no cast time.

This is something for hardcore instance runners: if you only run dungeons occassionally use another method. However, if you run a lot of dungeons the 5-30 seconds you save each time really adds up, especially with shorter dungeons.
