Bugged Trinket Producing 100% Critical Strike (Patreon)

Reports are being posted of a trinket which is producing a gamebreaking 100% critical strike due to a bug. The trinket is "Charm Of The Rising Tide" a 6% drop from Harjatan in the Tomb Of Sargeras (http://www.wowhead.com/item=147002/charm-of-the-rising-tide).
