Most of the Burning Crusade Expansion (60-68) can be speedily accomplished by repeat runs of Hellfire Ramparts, possibly mixed with runs of the Hellfire Citadel instances for variety and quests.

Towards level 70, as before, Method Zero declines in efficiency and it is best to run through all the other Burning Crusade LFD instances once with quests.

At this point players who have close to best-in-slot gear will need to purchase cold weather flying and head to Northrend, there making there way to Dalaran via flight master and then flying manually to the front of ICC. Once there you will want to seek out mobs of "Converted Heroes". These move in packs of 7. These mobs are extremely difficult to kill without BIS gear but the mob density makes them fantastic for fast levelling-you can get a level every 15 minutes if you can kill them without dying. Some players claim to have levelled to 80 here just grinding mobs.

For players with less optimal gear, head to Utgarde Keep and use Method zero. from 73, then used lfd to get to 75.

At 75 you can enter the ICC dungeons "Forge Of Souls" and "Pit Of Saron". Run through "Forge Of Souls" once. For reasons you'll discover it is not an efficient dungeon for Method Zero. The lower level character will not be awarded xp if your high level character completes the dungeon. However you need to run through it once to access the Pit Of Saron next to it.

In Pit Of Saron we will be using a variant of Method Zero. We do not actually kill any bosses. We simply scoop up as much trash as possible and then ride back to the entrance, as your high-level character must be close to the low-level character in order that the latter gain xp. Log-out on your high-level character, then back in on your high-level character and one-shot the mobs you have accumulated. This will get you 100K xp plus per time and should take you up to Cataclysm at level 80.

Keep your low-level toon parked in ICC and run through LFD dungeons till you get to 81 or 82 if you are undergeared.

Due to an anomaly with the "Legacy Buff" that enables you to do overpowered damage in legacy dungeons, Forge Of Souls can be ran solo for very efficient XP. Note you are NOT using Method Zero here. Just run your low-level character through Forge Of Souls repeatedly. till you hit 85.

At 85 head out to Pandaria. You don't need to run through the intro quests to do this, just do the cinematic intro and the pandaria portal will spawn next to the balloon in Orgrimmar or the lake near Stormwind.

Head to the Valley Of The Four Winds while queing for LFD. Kill "Maizey Tricksters" running around the Imperial Granary, these give you a stacking speed buff which makes grinding xp very fast while waiting for ques to pop.

LFD is such an efficient way to get through Pandaria there are no further tricks necessary to complete this expansion.

From 90-100 you should head to Draenor. It is important to note you don't have to go through introductory Tanaan jungle scenario-there's an underwater cave at the southeast corner of the Timeless Isle in Pandaria which ports you directly to Draenor when you click on the fire there. You can fly to the Timeless Isle via taxi at 90-the flightpath unlocks automatically. The TI port will take you to Gorgrond-fly to the exclamation mark in Frostfire Ridge (horde) or Shadowmoon Valley (Alliance)  where you can pick up the garrison quest chain. Acquire the +20% xp potion from the garrison quartermaster as soon as possible

Horde need use no further exploits here: just complete as many bonus objectives as possible. With an elixir of the rapid potion  complete all of the bonus objectives except for killing one mob (or whatever), then take your potion and fly around completing all the objectives quickly.

Alliance should use a completely different approach unless you have a rapid mind potion, in which case the optimum strategy is the same as above. Use the fast levelling method detailed in this post otherwise : https://www.patreon.com/posts/9311681/
