I am making a general levelling guide for warcraft exploits on youtube. It has begun to take shape so I will share the key points here now and go into a little more detail than a mainstream audience would be able to keep up with.

Levelling exploits where the player can gain a spectacular amount of experience extremely fast do not form part of this guide for the simple reason they generally get fixed quickly if exploitable glitches do emerge. This guide is designed to be usable for several years (at least) and yield xp-grinding improvements in the range of 50-100%. It focuses on a combination of micro-optimizations and exploits that cumulatively yield significant xp gains without any individual exploit triggering Blizzard's radar.

1-10. Not much can be done here other than basic levelling. With "fel meteor" and goblin glider the low-level player can effectively fly which does cut down on travel time significantly. Since 1-10 can be done in less than 20 minutes it generally isn't efficient to set up any exploit.

Players should generally travel to Stormwind/Ogrimmar as soon as possible regardless of where their character is "born".  Obviously monks and goblins, who cannot escape their starting zone, have to complete their quests. Gilneans should escape using the Wizard Trokair method (this is significantly faster with Fel Meteor+ Glider): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ttm-r61WhPk

10-20 From 1-80 the exploiter will make extensive use of a technique I have provisionally titled "Method zero".  I already shared this technique with Patreons in detail here:

Horde Players should go to the entrance to Raging Chasm, Alliance should go to the Deadmines entrance.

I have done a considerable amount of further testing of Method Zero since my initial post. Some dungeons, noticeably deadmines for alliance, require the low-level player to be in the same proximity as the high-level player in order to gain xp from dungeon completetion. In Deadmines this can be achieved by using the teleporter to transport the low-level to the end of the dungeon, then using your high-level player to kill the end bosses and any trash. Note: you must aggro but not kill Ripsnarl in order for the teleport to the end of the dungeon to become active.

You can gain about a level per dungeon run at lower levels using Method Zero. Instances should not take more than six minutes to run-with practice you can get most of them down to significantly less, some can be done in just over a minute.

One thing I did not mention previously: the "sprint food" Bear Tartare and "Skystep Potion" can be used by the Demon Hunter/High-level character, which dramatically cuts down travel time.

At 15 a player can complete the Raging Chasm/Deadmines  quests (ignore boss kill quests unless your low-level player has BIS gear and you like soloing). Horde should persist with Ragefire until they reach the twenties-the experience begins to decline somewhat but is still very good.

Alliance should travel to Stormwind and do the Stockades at 16 after doing the Deadmines Quests. This is the best possible dungeon to use Method Zero in, probably the fastest dungeon in the game with bosses that can all be kited to one place.
