Cast Sequence Macro For Invincible Milk (And Many Other Uses) (Patreon)

In the previous post I mentioned there was no macro command for using multiple items. 

Surprisingly this command actually seems to work:

castsequence 0 1, 0 2

This will use the first and second items in your backpack. This makes using the skimmed milks much easier. 

There may be limitations I'm not aware of and will test this more but I wanted to put this out now as the milk thing will very likely get fixed soon.

There are many other exploits involving the split'n'stack trick where this macro will be useful.
