This is the page (and sequence) where I banked hardest on reflected lights inside shadows instead of just doing shading in black - evoking my love for Cam Kennedy, Richard Corben, and Masatoshi Usune. The shadow areas are "reserved" in original art, and digitally screentoned later, but maybe sometime before selling the pages I'll drop some grey marker tones on the originals, too - just to make them look a little neater.
