2018's "OPOSSUM" by Matt Holness (of the "Darkplace" fame) could very much be one of the scariest horror movies of our century, so naturally, I find the idea of a crude, stupefying version of the same story as a Dean Learner/Garth Marenghi joint endlessly amusing! If you look closely, you could even see the wires holding our "opossum" marionette's limbs in the air (and making the marionette - the scariest fucking thing in 2010s' cinema - as non-scary as possible was a challenge in itself!)
