QUESTION: I'm thinking about putting the print version of this book up in my Gumroad store for preorder. But, depending on few different factors (paper, amount of copies etc.), printing it could either be just costly, or insanely expensive. And since it is not a comic, I don't even know how many people might wanna buy it, and what price would be reasonable (with something like $10 on top of the price for delivery -_-)
