I get why you think the FTC is busting your balls over disclosure but they've been accused of doing too little to protect kids from scams like CSGOLotto. Even mature audiences are being targeted, we've learned to quickly recognise and tune out traditional ad's but that's forced the agencies to use more indirect methods like viral adverts, native adverts and influencer adverts. All of which the advertisers want to try and hide as something else to avoid consumer rejection.
