Finally done my magnum opus, a feature length gob-umentary about the JFK assassination. Available to my Cool Ghouls ONLY for the next couple days!   

Thank you all so much for your patience. I'm realizing that this type of video, even though it was fun to make and I'm really happy with how it turned out, is perhaps not as sustainable as I'd like it to be. This was late not because of procrastination but because it was just way too ambitious! I've been working on this pretty much all day every day since the start of January and I'm feeling a liiiiittle bit burnt out.

YouTube encourages as many uploads as possible as quickly as possible, and for video essays the accepted minimum schedule is pretty much one video a month. I can't keep making these quarterly videos and expect the algorithm to be kind (especially for a video about JFK conspiracies, lmao I'm very much expecting this to get buried).  

So I think the move is for me to start going a bit more half assed with my videos. I'm gonna aim to have my next video out within three weeks instead of three months. Shorter videos posted more often, but still with that certain Chill Goblin je ne sais quois that you've come to expect.
