Hello, there is a story, you can find it here: https://sta.sh/21rkh141tpce - The pair is Kirishima (red hair) and Bakugou (blond hair) from "No Hero Academia", adapted here by the artist. Bakugou (the blond one) indeed doesn't talk in this story (other than a muttered "uh!"), because his contribution to the story are his thoughts (marked by not being inside a lined speech bubble, but somehow hovering in the room). So the "dialog" between Kirishima and Bakugou is physical, commented by Bakugou's thoughts and the occasional short talk by Kirishima. At the beginning of the story Kirishima actually talks a lot towards Bakugou, but since he thinks Bakugou is asleep (which he is not, but pretending), Kirishima kind of talks to himself, or the Bakugou he imagines and dreams of. There's much more to the story, but I suggest you find out yourself.
