I’m just going to post the completed Cluckening II tihis week, since this was kind of a big impromptu undertaking. Enjoy the shading and sketches!

Page 1. The first glimpse of Shelley’s lab since the phone call in Underburbs #7!

Page 2. The super blank stare does not inspire confidence, yet Shelley sciences on!

Page 3. Shelley does her best to accept Angela’s arm becoming a real wing (not just a hypnotically imagined one) on a clinical level.

Page 4. Even without direct eye contact, the infectious chicken sounds pass on the curse! That and Angela’s unstable witchcraft we all love.

First sketch. A little more direct. It’s more fun to let Shelley do her thing for a bit before succumbing.

Another sketch where Shelley predictably breaks the eye contact rule. I tried to make her do a better job of avoiding it in the final comic.

I was going to make Shelley’s attempted antidote in pellet/feed form.

Sketch I liked so much it made it into the final!

Saved the bird-brained Angela sketch for the final as well.
