A more detailed version of yesterday’s sketch. I’m probably going to ink these, but I definitely need to redraw the last part. I don’t think the drawing is bad, but it’s too big for the page! The hardest part about WG sequences is finding ways to make the subject grow outwards but not upwards. I mean, she’s like ten feet tall by the end of this thing. The character is Rinkah from Fire Emblem, a series which I have never played.

With a cartoonish style like yours you shouldn't be afraid of a little anatomical stretching to really sell massive weight gain, but it is true that characters getting noticeably taller is one of the major complaints about WG art you see around the community. If you look around you can find tutorials for SSBBW art floating around, and I would suggest looking at the work of artists who have a similar round, cartoony style who regularly draw SSBBWs like PoundforPoundcake and SweetnessAdmirer. If I were to suggest one thing, it would be that you shouldn't be afraid to let the character's anatomy get obscured by the fat to an extent, you seem to go up to a certain level of fatness and then after that you just make the character bigger in all dimensions, but what the WG audience is looking for at that point is for the character's fat to reach a blobby, unwieldy extent.
