The owly looks and movements of Rosemary were an inspiration, naturally. I figured if Angela wasn’t completely drawn in by the song, she’d be able to keep her hands— er, talons. I tried making her quadrupedal, but it didn’t work out. That’s right, I make sketches for my doodles. I kinda wish I shortened her bangs enough to show how her browline and beak are connected, but I’m overall happy with the design.
