I slept on the whole Bowsette meme, but I’m not going to let the Smash Bros Spirit-possession-as-fusion thing pass me by. But I wanted to wait until I had the game. I played World of Light until a suitable matchup for my unique skill set presented itself. Luckily, a Wendy O Koopa/Tron Bonne battle showed up in the first twenty minutes. I have a distinct feeling that both of these characters inspired Winifred in some way, though I never played Megaman Legends. HD remake when, Capcom?
