Still dizzy from all the announcements in the latest Nintendo Direct. With all the Splatoon and Smash bombs being dropped, I feel like a lot less attention has been devoted to the most imminent thing: the free “legacy character” DLC for Kirby: Star Allies. We get Dedede, MetaKnight, and Bandanna Dee right away, but a few weeks later, it’s time for the KDL2 animal trio and MARX, a character who has only been a hideous villain. I know Kirby tries to put on a happy face at all times*, but how would he really react to a partnership with ya boi Marx?<br><br>*I just want to get in front of the American box art meme and say that (A) they haven’t been changing his expression for years now, and (B) Kirby’s expression is determination, not anger.
