Chelsea's Quick Change (Patreon)

This is a commission for an artist on DeviantArt. He has a 1950s-era character named Chelsea who likes fast cars and bouffants, but apparently not at the same time. I don't think she really has supernatural powers over her hair and wardrobe, but if she did, I think it'd go a little something like this.
