It is acopy of the "third person character template" wich is used by a lot of tutorials, so you can follow along using this one, and you can easily transfer the entire character or parts of it into your own Projects by right clicking what you want -> Object Actions -> Migrate...

The Animation Blueprint is only adjusted for those Animations used by the actual UE4 manequinn.
