Help the GoldenCrow! Influencing v0.1.8i! (Patreon)

Hello my friends! I hope everything is fine with you!

Some time ago, I mentioned something about allowing Patrons to help me with the chat in Influencing. I Also mentioned about release Influencing versions only in Patreon, with the purpose of test new stuffs. The time has come!

After three long days working and burning my head, I could finally develop a way to receive texts from players in an organized way and implement it in Influencing. Hence I'm releasing the version v0.1.8i. In this release, I added the chat box feature, so you can type directly what you want to the chars.

What is the purpose of this?

To make chars answer to the players in a good way, I need to know what players want to talk about with the chars. I could try to do it by myself, but I fear that it might disconnect the game from what players really want, wich is not my objective.

How does it work?

In the chat options you will be able to 'say something' to the char you're talking to. 

Use this option anytime you feel like saying something that you can't say with the present options in Influencing. This will give me a glance of what kind of chat subjects you wish. This data will be sent to a online Chatbot that will save it and organize it for me. Something like this:

For now the chat feature will only respond to a few commands like:
How old are you?
Are you married?
Where do you live?
Wan I have your phone number?

Anything different from this and some variations of this, will be sent to me.

How does it work (technically)?

Inside the python-packages folder you will find a text file named 'send.txt' and the 'main.exe' that are used by Ren'py to send your phrases to the online bot. Beside it you will find some python libs that made it possible. I've tested it in three pc's and it worked fine. If you have any problem, please let me know.
The 'send.txt' should have the file size equal to 0. If it's bigger, something went wrong (like if you have no internet). It will save your phases and send it when it's possible.

Do I need to download this version to participate?

As I said, this is the v0.1.8 with the chat feature directly implemented in game. If you don't want to download this version, but still want to participate in this process, you can access the bot site directly and just talk with it!

I'm not sure if I'll add answers to the online bot, but you can take a look at other bots on the site aswell. It's pretty cool!

Why this version was released exclusively to PC?

Because I have no idea how to make it work for Andoid and IOS.. It was pretty hard to make it work for PC already. But if you're an Android/IOS player you can still use the direct site!

Keep in mind that this is a test! Anyone who choose to participate in this process will be considered a 'beta tester' of the feature (and will help me a lot)!

What happens if I post this version in any site out of Patreon?

Nothing... I don't post it anywhere else because it's a test. You as a patron can choose to participate in this test or not. I assume that patrons will not get mad at me and/or Influencing if this version is buggy or if the test is not so fun as you expect. But if players out of patreon try something experimental and don't like it, I fear that it might bring negative things to the game. This is the only reason why I don't officialy post this version anywhere else. Ok?! :)
