Here's the Deal (Patreon)

So, I cannot upload files at all, to anywhere. My upload speed is effectively zero so I cannot even put stuff on goolge drive and have you get stuff from there. So until I can get this fixed, I'm dead in the water. as far as I can tell it's a modem or ISP problem somehow.
