We recently took our first family trip in 3 years back down the coast to our favorite place on earth, Disneyland. (See previously posted photos)

A lot has changed over the years but it still holds a special charm for us and with our 2 young granddaughters, the joy is palpable. Seeing it through their eyes brings me back to my own childhood there in the late 50s.

Terry, you are in my prayers. This was a great podcast. I haven't been to Disneyland since 2010. Can't wait to get there again. One of my traditions is to have breakfast at the open cafe on Main Street. The first year I went I was 6 and the Haunted Mansion just opened. It was an E ticket. Grandma took me on the ride and back then, they had ghosts jumping up from behind things and screaming. It was very cool. I liked it so much she sacrificed another E ticket to take me on again. So many memories, I could go on and on, but I won't. I'm sure you know this, but if you don't, Freddy Martin used to be a Jungle Cruise guide. He's as much a Disneyland enthusiast as you and your family, me and my friends. God bless you and yours.
