Clone Troopers are entirely different, they serve the republic. You need to keep watching the movies to understand, storm troopers are humans and are different. The clone wars animated shows have lots on the lore and help understand the difference

fun fact, yoda is physically weak as hes old and small. But within the force, hes strong as shit, he uses the walking stick because all his agility comes from the force, and uses it all when he does battle, so he purposely tries not to use any energy while not in battle.

I’d highly suggest watching the clone wars movie and show before episode 3 or at least one of the many compilation videos explaining the clone wars series all 7 seasons. There are many episodes that you won’t necessarily need to watch to understand the lore, but there are also some that you were going to wanna watch because it explains the story. Your best bet would probably be finding one of those compilation videos. Episode three will make a lot more sense to you after having the clone wars knowledge. We also get to see a lot of Anakins time as a general

1. No, Stormtroopers are not Clones Troopers but any explanation would spoil the series 2. They said 250 000 units, but a unit consists out of about 100 soldiers so that means they were 25 000 000 clones 3. The TV Series Clone Wars is one of the best TV shows out there but i gotta say season 1 and partly 2 are not that great Love ur star wras journey so far :)
