BC = "Before Christ". AD = "Anno Domini", which is Latin. But as Latin was phased out as a language, it's commonly just referred to nowadays as "After Death".

yup, a lot of (but not all) colleges and universities in the states don’t allow freshmen to have cars on campus. sometimes it’s because of the amount of parking available compared to the amount of students admitted to the school (plus the parking spaces needed for faculty, guests, etc) and sometimes it’s because of previous things that happened in the past at that school that caused the board to decide no cars for first-years

The truth about Rail Guns is we do have them. Except we never build them because they're too powerful. Firing them also destroys them. They need to be repaired after every shot. Combine that with the fact they're expensive, and that's that. We don't build them. They're not economical.

In the UK college and university are 2 different things. In the US they are the same. You go to college from 16-18 in the UK from what I understand.
