Definitely watch WandaVision first since its chronologically after Endgame. Then watch Loki. Ms. Marvel and Captain Marvel are two different characters. Kamala Khan, Ms Marvel, is a teenager who has similar powers to Carol Danvers, Captain Marvel or Vers. The show is decent and Kamala is one of if not the most likeable characters in the MCU. Kamala, Carol, and a familiar face that you'll see again in WandaVision are starring together in The Marvels later this year.

this movie came out 2018/19 i think, but captain is the first ever marvel avengers. Fury found her before Cap. So if anything, actually this is the first marvel movie to watch and endgame the last marve movie to watch (in order)

In terms of the tv shows, I reckon you should just check out the ones that end up being important for subsequent films. For example, WandaVision is important for Doctor Strange 2.

wandavision and loki the only shows that are important and dont fall off half way through.. the rest are pretty mid..and he should watch x-men series after Endgame so he understands the cameos and references

yeah, you can totally skip shehulk and moonknight too if you want. neither of them have shown up in any mcu movie so far and you can just kinda watch them at any point if they do get movies. but I would recommend watching ms marvel even if it looks corny, she is in the next captain marvel movie.

So many people hate on this movie and I do not know why, I really like this movie! They claim that Carol has no personality of emotions, but that is because they are not paying attention. She has alot of subtle humor and emotions, but she does her best to hide and suppress it because the Kree who abducted her groomed and gaslit her to believe that her sassiness and humor and personality were bad. People complain that she didnt really have a bad guy on her level to overcome, but that is not try, she had to overcome the brainwashing from the Kree, learn who she was, how she really got the powers that the Kree put a suppressor on to control and to embrace the powers that the Kree constantly told her she was not ready to use. Hope you watch Miss Marvel and all the other MCU shows as they are all important to the MCU story.
